The new Phillip Island Tourism campaign for 2022 focused on 101km^2 of fun- and after being asked to pitch on the TVC and online video components by our good friends at Hardhat Agency, myself and the team at Betty were stoked to get back to a place we love!
The films were aimed at two disnt demographics- families from Victoria, and couples from around Australia. We were producing two 30-second TVC's and a bunch of smaller 6-second and 15" cutdowns for social and online. We wanted to not only showcase the known quantities of the island (cute penguins, amazing coastline) but also unvcover hidden delights- the wineries, restaurants, hikes and bike rides that are staggered across the 101km^2.
After tourism suffered heavily in the covid-affected 2020/21 years, this campaign was a reminder of all the beauty and fun on offer at Phillip Island. Time to plan your next trip?
